Cleaning & Safety

We know how important it is to keep your family safe.

Play Fully cleans and disinfects each of our items after every use. Though both methods are important and reduce the risk of infection, there is a difference!  Cleaning removes germs, dirt, and other impurities using soap and water while disinfecting kills germs using chemicals. We follow CDC and EPA protocols to keep our materials clean and safe for our families.

All items are handled & delivered while a team member wears gloves and a mask. Any packaging bin that is re-used will be disinfected according to our plastic toy protocol.  No cross-contamination occurs between soiled toys and clean toys as they are stored and handled in separate areas.

The exact cleaning procedures will vary between items depending on the materials.
